William Ellis - President

William Ellis is an information technology professional with 14 years of providing information technology services to businesses ranging from international corporations to local municipalities. Proven track record of database development and management, report writing, and design and implementation of an extensive array of programs. These systems have resulted in significant improved efficiencies. As the owner of Innovative Computers, Mr. Ellis only hires customer-oriented IT professioinals who are focused on offering the full spectrum of information technology services. Mr. Ellis also ensures that the staff have the opportunity to explore cutting edge technology to offer our customers the most up-to-date solutions. He is committed to offering full business solutions including analysis of work flows, development of databases to automate processes, and on-going support following implementation. Over the past several years, he has been involved with the Open Source initiative bringing over all work flow faster, and at a much lower cost.

Brian Hess - Vice President Sales and Operations

Brian Hess recently joined the Innovative Computers team coming to us with 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in the telecommunication and IT industry, most recently with Qwest Communications. Brian has supported sales and support teams that have provided multiple WAN and LAN products and services to companies of all sizes. Brian has run sales and support teams responsible for $20M of annual sales and service. His technical background includes various WAN transport technologies including Circuit and Packet switching; LAN access control methods including Ethernet, Token Ring, Fast Ethernet and FDDI; multiple professional services including Desk Top Support, Hosting Services and Application Management; CPE products including Cisco, Avaya, Adtran, F5 routers and switches. Brian holds an Undergraduate Degree from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Cleary University.

Matthew Smith - Director of Operations and Development

Matthew Smith has been working with Innovative Computers in an administrative role since 2005. He has earned a BA from Oakland University located in Rochester, MI in 2003, and has been involved in the Technology industry since 1994.
